Learning About Biodiesel Dry Wash

When producing Biodiesel there are several unique things that we should do. One important step that we have to never overlook is the process of dry washing. This serves to keep the fuel from not aiding the way it has to. Many people can buy unique machines that are able to do this while others will do it by hand using aquarium stones.

One product that we found to be very helpful is the Durco dry washing and filtration system. This serves to reduce the product cost and time by going through the dividing stage of oil/water emulsion. This is primarily utilized for larger manufacturers who are producing large measures of this fuel for customers.

This unique machine is effective and environmentally friendly when equated to most other kinds of dry washing machines. This is because they do not have a water effluent waste current - which contains detrimental by-products that are made by other washing methods and machines.

Rather it uses magnesium silicate mixing and absorption to split the contaminants from the fuel. After this it utilizes transesterification - which transports the fuel into the mixing tank where it is blended with a magnesium silicate absorbent. Once this is finished it is extended through a filter that is able to withdraw the purged fuel from the solid dry wash absorbent.

This Biodiesel dry wash now contains all of the impurities that would fundamentally pull the purified fuel down. With this special machine the fuel is able to be used and to work properly without anything holding it down.
